It is a please to introduce Marc Meyers to our head chef – the man behind the scenes. He is leading the restaurants kitchen since 2004 and is at the heart of our success. Thanks to his many years of experience in the high-quality gastronomy sector, the Black Ash has often been recognized for its excellent cuisine.
